How to Use IPTV Favorites and History
Favorites and History are the two features that cut repeat setup time the most. Once you use them together, you can return to your regular streams in seconds instead of redoing the same steps.
This guide keeps it practical: what to click, what gets saved, and where people usually get tripped up.
Working With Favorites
- Load a playlist in the main player.
- On a stream card, click the star icon to add that stream to favorites.
- Use the favorites area above the full stream list for quick access.
- Click Export to download your favorites as a backup file.
- Click Import to restore favorites from a saved file.
A simple habit that helps: export favorites after any large cleanup so you always have a known-good snapshot.
Using Playlist History
- Each loaded playlist URL is saved to recent history automatically.
- Click the History button next to the URL input.
- Select a previous URL to refill the field instantly.
- Click Load to reload that playlist.
Common Mistakes to Avoid
- Importing a random JSON file that was not exported from favorites.
- Expecting favorites to sync across devices without export/import.
- Selecting a history URL and forgetting to click Load.
